Private period tracker that works fully offline
Period Tracker & Calendar is a free menstrual cycle tracker for Android. Mark your period on a calendar, see your predicted ovulation and fertile window, log symptoms and mood, and export a report for your doctor - without an account, without a sign-up, and without an internet connection.
Your diary is stored in a local database on your phone.
What it does
Period and cycle calendar. Mark your period start and end dates on a clear month calendar. See the day of your current cycle, your last period, and the predicted date of your next one at a glance.
Ovulation and fertile window. Predictions are calculated from your own cycle history, then used to estimate your ovulation day and high-fertility window. Useful whether you are trying to conceive or simply want to understand your body's rhythm.
Symptom, mood and flow logging. Record daily symptoms, mood, flow intensity and free-form notes. Customize the fields you track to match your routine, and spot patterns across cycles.
Cycle statistics and history. Average cycle length, average period length, a cycle-length chart for the last 6 months, and a scrollable period history.
Reminders, only if you want them. Set a reminder a chosen number of days before your period is expected, at a time you choose. Notifications are off by default and the app only asks for permission when you turn them on.
Export a report for your doctor. Generate a PDF report or a CSV file of your period history from the Home screen. Keep the CSV as a backup, or send the PDF to a doctor. A backup CSV can be imported back into the app at any time.

About the predictions
Period Tracker & Calendar is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Its predictions are estimates calculated from the history you log yourself. It is not a substitute for medical advice, and it is not a method of contraception.
